Trip Description:

I give permission for my child, {field:athlete_firstname_1719770073346} {field:athlete_lastname_1719770073927}, to participate in the field trip to Destinations: Xtreme Force Invitational 2801 Gattis School Road, Round Rock, TX 78664. I understand that the purpose of this trip is to compete in Track and Field.

Guides/ Chaperones will moderate the visits Demoy Bogle.

Responsibilities of Participant:

- Following all instructions and guidelines provided by the chaperones and trip organizers.

- Behaving in a respectful and responsible manner.

- Adhering to the code of conduct and any rules set by the organization.

Meals:Please ensure that your child is equipped with enough money to cover 3 meals a day for 1 day. The average cost for a meal is $20.

~12:00 PM 100m - ALL OVL Athletes are enrolled in this event

~3:00 PM 200m - ALL OVL Athletes are enrolled in this event

~6:00 PM Dinner on the road

~6:30 PM en route to Meet Up Location Paul Quinn College (KIPP Drop Off Gate)
